1. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms & conditions.
2. This contest is open to all, except staff and immediate families of SCA Hygiene Singapore Pte Ltd, their advertising, promotion & media agencies and distributors.
3. Contest period: 18 Dec – 25 Dec 2016, 1159 hours.
4. How to join:
I. Leave a comment with the correct answer in the comments section.
II. A lucky draw will be conducted on 30 Dec 2016 and 2 winners will be selected.
III. The winners will be notified by 13 Jan 2016 via a Facebook comment and private message.
IV. Each winner will receive a Janod Xyloroller worth $59.90.
5. Participants may submit multiple entries but each participant and household can only win once.
6. All redeemed prizes are non-transferable & non-exchangeable for cash.
7. All winners must contact SCA Hygiene Singapore Pte Ltd within 3 days of the announcement of winners or the prize will be forfeited.
8. The participant shall indemnify and keep SCA and its related/affiliated companies, officers, agents and employees (“the Indemnified Parties”) fully indemnified against any and all losses, damages, claims and costs (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) suffered and/or incurred by any of the Indemnified Parties as a result of the participant’s breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
9. By participating in the campaign, you agree to the disclosure of your personal particulars to SCA Hygiene Singapore Pte Ltd or to any party for the purpose of organizing, promoting and/or conducting the promotion, and consent to receiving promotional, marketing and other publicity information from SCA Hygiene Singapore Pte Ltd from time to time.
10. All decisions made by SCA Hygiene Singapore Pte Ltd with respect to the campaign are final.
