- The Neonshine Selfie of the Month Contest (“the Contest”) is organized by Neonshine Sdn. Bhd. (the “Organizer”).
- The Contest is open to all Malaysian residents with a permanent residential address in Malaysia.
- How to participate: Step 1: Participants are required to have a valid Facebook account. Step 2: Participants must perform and complete all of the following: (i) Comment on the post with a photo of you wearing your favorite adidas apparel and/or footwear, OR Under Armour apparel and/or footwear, OR PUMA apparel and/or footwear. (ii) Hashtag #NeonshineMY.
- The Contest starts on 15 May 2016, 10:00am and ends on 15 June 2016, 11:59pm. All entries received thereafter will automatically be disqualified.
- All entries submitted must be original. It is the responsibility of each participants to ensure that any entries submitted do not infringe the copyright of any third parties or laws.
- Winners will be selected based on their eligibility and the quality of their entries. The Organizer reserves the rights to judge and select the best entries.
- The Organizer also reserves the rights to reject, disqualify or hide any entries that are deemed inappropriate/offensive/irrelevant at their sole discretion.
- Shortlisted participants will be notified through Facebook after the Contest has ended. Winners will only be announced once the verification process is completed.
- All shortlisted participants are required to provide the following particulars for verification purposes through email to water@neonshine.com: (i) Full Name as per NRIC (ii) NRIC Number (iii) Valid Mobile Number (iv) Valid Email Address
- In the event that any of the shortlisted participant(s) cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) working days from the date of announcement, another participant will be chosen at the Organizer’s sole discretion based on the same criteria.
- The prize is a RM100 (One Hundred Ringgit) shopping voucher to shop in selected adidas, Under Armour or PUMA Malaysia stores.
- The prize is not negotiable, transferable, exchangeable or refundable for cash, credit or kind, either in part or full. The Organizer also reserves the rights to replace the prize with item(s) of similar value at its sole discretion without prior notice.
- The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained. The Organizer reserves the rights to modify the terms and conditions herein applicable to the Neonshine Selfie of the Month Contest, and/or terminate this Contest without prior notice or further reference to any party.
- By participating in this Contest, you consent and release the permission for Neonshine Sdn. Bhd. to feature your entries in any of its publications, website, Facebook, Twitter and/or any promotional materials related to the Contest.
- By participating in this Contest, you consent to your personal data being processed by Neonshine Sdn. Bhd. for future events and/or promotions and note that you may exercise your rights under the Personal Data Protection Act.
- This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.
