SMITHFIELD FARMLAND® SALES CORP. “GRILLOVATIONS” SWEEPSTAKES

5/1/2015 – 8/30/15

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. A purchase will not improve your odds of winning.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Smithfield Farmland Sales Corp. “Grillovations” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to individual, legal residents of the 48 contiguous states of the United States and DC who are 18 years of age and older. Employees of Smithfield Farmland Sales Corp. (“Sponsor”), Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and each of their respective parents, successors and assigns, subsidiaries and affiliates; employees of advertising, promotion and public relations agencies involved in any way with this Sweepstakes; and members of the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children and their spouses) or persons living within the same household of any of such individuals are not eligible to participate or win a prize. Void in HI & AK & where prohibited.

2. TIMING: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM EDT on 5/1/15 and ends at 11:59:59 PM EDT on 8/30/15 (the “Promotion Period”) and consists of seventeen (17) weekly entry periods (each a “Weekly Entry Period”), as outlined in the table below.

3. HOW TO ENTER: During the Promotion Period visit grillovations.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and follow the directions to complete the online entry form (“Online Entry”). Online Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM EDT on 8/31/15. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address. Automated methods of entry, including entry via third party websites, are prohibited. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services (“Released Parties”) are not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature, illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or misdirected entries and all such entries will be void.

4. PRIZES: WEEKLY PRIZES: Weekly prizes will be awarded in a series of seventeen separate random drawings (two prizes will be awarded per Weekly Entry Period Drawing) from all eligible entries received during each Weekly Entry Period on or about the Drawing Dates specified in the table above. Non-winning entries will not be carried over into any subsequent drawing(s). Odds of winning a Weekly Prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received during each Weekly Entry Period. Limit: one weekly prize per person/email address.

Weekly Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):

GRAND PRIZE: On or about 9/3/15, a random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Integrated Marketing Services, an independent judging organization, from all eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period, to award: One (1) Grand Prize of a Weber Summit S670 Grill Center (model#201001) (the “Grand Prize”). ARV: $5,000 Grand Prize includes delivery and assembly of by an Authorized Service Agent. A level surface must be available to place the unit. Any expenses to create a space for the Weber Grill Center is the winner’s responsibility. Grand Prize winner may choose to receive $5,000 in lieu of the “Grand Prize” which will be awarded as a check payable in the name of the winner. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received throughout the entire Promotion Period. All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received. Total ARV of all prizes: $8,860.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION: Potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by express mail and/or telephone and may be required to sign an Affidavit of eligibility, liability release and (where lawful) a publicity release. Potential Weekly Prize winners will be notified by US Mail and/or email. Return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the prize will be forfeited. Unclaimed prizes may go unawarded.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS: No cash redemption, substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize in whole or in part if an advertised prize should become unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner and winner will receive a Form 1099 for any prizes valued at $600 or greater. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner’s agreement and permission for Sponsor and their agencies to use winner’s name/likeness for advertising and trade purposes in any and all media without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in the Sweepstakes and/or accepting prize, Sweepstakes entrants agree to: (a) be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Integrated Marketing Services, which shall be final and binding in all respects; and (b) to release and forever discharge and covenant not to sue Sponsor and Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC d/b/a Integrated Marketing Services, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, agents and promotion and advertising agencies and participating retailers. (“Released Parties”), and the employees, directors and officers of each of the foregoing entities, from any and all claims, demands, damages, losses and liabilities, of any nature whatsoever, which they may now or hereafter assert, including but not limited to, claims for injury, death, damages, or illness arising out of or relating to or claimed to be arising out of or relating to Sweepstakes participation, entry, prize acceptance, or use or misuse of the prize or any product or prize certificate awarded including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any printing or other errors in Sweepstakes related material. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes and award the prize from all eligible entries received prior to such action, should causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes will be governed by the laws of the United States and by entering you consent to jurisdiction and venue in the courts of Missouri State for the resolution of any and all disputes or claims related in any way to this Sweepstakes.

7. WINNERS LIST: Send an email to: Winners@ASMnet.com and include the Sweepstakes name (Smithfield Farmland Grillovations) in the subject line. Email request must be received by 9/30/15. Winners list will be sent after winners have been verified.
