1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. Purchasing a product or service will not increase your chances of winning. Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry (the “Entrant”). Employees, officers and directors of AutoZone Parts, Inc. and its subsidiaries and affiliates (the “Sponsor”), The Ohana Companies, Inc., Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (“Administrator”) and each of their distributors, vendors, advertising/promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Promotion (defined below), including, but not limited to, the entities supplying the prizes herein (collectively, the “Released Parties”) as well as their immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible to participate. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. 2. PROMOTION DATES/ENTRY PERIODS: The AutoZone Rev Up Your Refund Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on January 17, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CT on April 17, 2017 (the “Promotion Period”).There will be two (2) Entry Periods held during the Promotion Period, each associated with a First Prize drawing. A Grand Prize drawing will be held at the conclusion of the promotion (each a “Drawing” and collectively the “Drawings”). See chart below for Entry Periods and Drawing dates. In addition, there will be Instant Win Prizes of a $10 AutoZone gift card awarded for each Entry Period of the Promotion Period. The Instant Win Prizes will be awarded throughout each Entry Period via online Instant win. Additional prizes of a $25 AutoZone gift card will be awarded periodically in a “Fast 100” portion of the Promotion via special messaging on AutoZone’s Facebook® page. See Section 4(c) for details.Each Entry Period begins at 12:00 a.m. CT on the first day of each Entry Period and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. CT on the last day of each Entry Period. The two (2) Entry Periods and First Prize Drawing dates are as follows:

3. TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, visit www.AutoZonetaxtime.com (the “Website”) and when prompted, enter your email address. If you have not previously registered, you will be directed to complete the official online registration form presented (“Registration Form”) in its entirety and click the “Submit” button to be entered into the Sweepstakes drawing (“Entry”). Once your Sweepstakes entry is submitted you will be directed to play the AutoZone garage door Instant Win Game (“Game Play”). Upon completing your Game Play, the results of your Game Play will be automatically displayed. If a potential Instant Win Prize winning message is revealed, you are the instant winner of an Instant Win Prize, subject to verification of eligibility. If you do not receive an Instant Win Prize winning message, you have not won a prize. PLEASE NOTE: Entrants are only required to register one (1) time. Returning users may enter the Sweepstakes and play the Instant Win game each day throughout the Promotion Period by submitting their email address and clicking the “Submit” button in order to be automatically entered into the Sweepstakes and directed to the Game Play.Limit of one (1) Entry and Game Play per Entrant per day. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Registration Form/Entry or Game Play, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. 4. WINNING/PRIZES/ ODDS:
   1. GRAND PRIZE DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the Grand Prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the end of the Promotion Period. Random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects.
   2. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize of $30,000 cash awarded in the form of a check.
   3. FIRST PRIZE DRAWINGS: Ten (10) Total First Prize Winners will be selected [five (5) in each of the two (2) Entry Periods] in random drawings from among all eligible entries received by the end of each Entry Period. Odds of winning a First Prize in any of the two (2) Entry Periods will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received by the end of each Entry Period. Each random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are based on its sole discretion and interpretation of these Official Rules, and are final and binding in all respects. Non-winning eligible Entries from Entry Period #1 will carry over to Entry Period #2. Limit one (1) First Prize per person/household throughout the Promotion.FIRST PRIZES: Ten (10) First Prizes [five (5) for each Entry Period] of $3,000 cash awarded in the form of a check. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded in each Entry Period is $15,000. The total ARV of all First Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is $30,000.
   4. INSTANT WIN: There will be one thousand five-hundred (1,500) random, computer-generated winning times designated for each Entry Period (as defined above), each corresponding to an Instant Win Prize. If you are the first Entrant to complete a Game Play at or after one of the randomly generated winning times, you will be a potential winner of the Instant Win Prize, subject to verification. The Administrator will determine, at random, the times at which Instant Win Prizes will be awarded throughout each Entry Period. The number of available Instant Win Prizes will decrease as Instant Win Prizes are claimed throughout each Entry Period; consequently, the odds of winning are based upon the number and timing of Game Plays received. Maximum odds of winning an Instant Win Prize are 1:397. Limit three (3) Instant Win Prizes per person/household per Entry Period.INSTANT WIN PRIZES: Three thousand (3,000) Instant Win Prizes (1,500 for each Entry Period), of a $10 AutoZone gift card will be awarded. The total value of all Instant Win Prizes to be awarded in each Entry Period is $15,000. The total value of all Instant Win Prizes to be awarded overall is $30,000. All potential Instant Win Prize winning plays are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. An Instant Win Prize winning message is not proof or evidence of a winning Game Play and/or Instant Win Prize. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Website should so indicate, unless and until Entrant’s eligibility, and the potential winner status, have been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept Screen Shots or other evidence of winning an Instant Win Prize in lieu of its validation process. Any Instant Win Prize winning Game Play that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective play and is void and will not be honored. Limit three (3) Instant Win Prizes per person/household per Entry Period.
   5. FAST 100: There will be two hundred (200) Fast 100 winners designated for each Entry Period (as defined above), each corresponding to a Fast 100 Prize. The Fast 100 will occur at two (2) Sponsor-specified times within each Entry Period for a total of four (4) times during the Promotion Period. Throughout the Promotion Period, the Sponsor will post specific messaging on their Facebook page inviting Entrants to enter the Promotion via a link provided in the post. If you are one of the first one hundred (100) Entrants to register via the link provided, you will be the potential winner of a Fast 100 prize, subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator. The number of available Fast 100 Prizes will decrease as Fast 100 Prizes are claimed throughout each Entry Period; consequently, the odds of winning are based upon the number and timing of eligible Entries received. Limit one (1) Fast 100 Prize per person/household per Entry Period.FAST 100 PRIZES: Four hundred (400) Fast 100 Prizes (200 for each Entry Period, 100 per each Fast 100 period) of a $25 AutoZone gift card will be awarded. The total value of all Fast 100 Prizes to be awarded in each Entry Period is $5,000. The total ARV of all Fast 100 Prizes to be awarded in the Promotion is $10,000. All potential Fast 100 winning registrations are subject to verification by Sponsor and/or Administrator, whose decisions are final and binding. A Fast 100 winning message is not proof or evidence of a winning registration and/or Fast 100 Prize. An Entrant is not a winner of any prize, even if the Website should so indicate, unless and until Entrant’s eligibility, and the potential winner status, have been verified and Entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept Screen Shots or other evidence of winning a Fast 100 Instant Win Prize in lieu of its validation process. Any Fast 100 winning registration that occurs after the system has failed for any reason is deemed a defective registration and is void and will not be honored.

   All Instant Win/Fast 100 Prizes will be shipped to verified winners within six (6) to eight (8) weeks after the Promotion has ended.

   The total value of all prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $100,000. No prize substitution, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion or otherwise provided herein. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute (non-check) prize with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable prior to award. Prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes on the prize, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. Sponsor will not be responsible for Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation of the Promotion or the awarding and use of any prize.

   If due to technical or other errors, more instant win/Fast 100 prize winning messages are distributed or more instant win/Fast 100 prizes are claimed than intended, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all Entrants purportedly submitting valid claims. No more than the total number of prizes set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded.

5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event any Instant Win or Fast 100 Prizes are unawarded during the Promotion Period, prize(s) will be awarded in a Second Chance drawing from among all Game Plays/registrations received. Second Chance Drawing, if applicable, will be conducted by the Administrator on or about May 1, 2017. Odds of winning via a Second Chance Drawing depend upon the number of eligible Game Plays/Fast 100 registrations received and the number of unawarded Instant Win/Fast 100 Prizes, if any. Prize Winner(s) will be notified by email and/or U.S. mail. Limit one Second Chance prize per person/household throughout the promotion.
6. GRAND AND FIRST PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Except where prohibited, the potential Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) and each potential First Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if potential First Prize winner is a minor in his/her state of residence), must sign and return to the Administrator, within seven (7) days of receipt, an affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form and where lawful, a publicity release (the “Required Documents”) in order to claim their respective Grand Prize or First Prize. Failure to return the Required Documents within the required time period, the return of any notification as undeliverable or noncompliance with these Official Rules may result in disqualification and an alternate Grand Prize winner or First Prize winner may be selected at random from among all remaining eligible Entries received by the end of the Promotion Period (Grand Prize) or corresponding Entry Period (First Prize). The Grand Prize and First Prizes are taxable as income and each Grand Prize winner and First Prize winner is solely responsible for any taxes on the Prize he/she has received, including, but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes. All Grand Prize winners and First Prize winners must report income to the Internal Revenue Service. In the event it is deemed during the verification process that such potential winner does not have a unique, personal and valid social security number for Sponsor to report the tax liability associated with acceptance of the prize, potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be selected.
7. GENERAL: By participating in this Promotion, Entrants agree: [a] to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges which shall be final in all respects relating to the Promotion, including without limitation the interpretation of these Official Rules; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless the Released Parties and Facebook from any and all injuries, liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including liability for personal injury or death resulting from their participation in the Promotion or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize; and [c] if a winner, to the use of his/her name, voice, image and/or likenesses for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes by Sponsor and Sponsor’s subsidiaries and affiliates without further compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so. The Released Parties and Facebook are not responsible and shall not be liable for [a] electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction; [b] unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials; [c] technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions; and [d] limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof. Sponsor and/or Administrator are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, or illegible requests claims or any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted.Sponsor may prohibit an Entrant from participating in the Promotion or winning a prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that said Entrant is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, deception, or other unfair playing practices or intending to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other Entrants, Sponsor, or Administrator. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TOTHE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.If, for any reason whatsoever, this Promotion, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, by reason of tampering, fraud, or any other cause which, in the Sponsor’s sole judgment, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion, limit Entries (and claims) to those submitted prior to the action taken, and conduct random drawing(s) per Entry Period For First Prizes and overall for Grand Prize from those Entries for which only the advertised number of prizes will be selected.
