Eligibility
1. This contest is open to all Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents with valid identification documents except BCA employees and employees of WS Group Pte Ltd.
2. The Organisers reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to amend or vary any of the Terms at any time, without prior notice, and by entering the Contest, participants are deemed to have agreed to any such amended Terms.
3. The law applicable to the Terms is the law of the Republic of Singapore and the courts of the Republic of Singapore will have exclusive jurisdiction in case of any dispute arising hereunder.
Mechanics
4. The Contest commences on 7th January 2016 and ends on 11th February 2016 at 11.59 pm, SGT.
5. Participants are required to send in their responses via the comments fields of the contest posts on the Unify to UDify Facebook page.
7. Only answers posted under their respective contest posts will be considered. Fans will have to identify the 1 UD feature hidden in each picture to stand a chance to win.
8. The responses must not contain obscenity, explicit sexual material, profanity, or calls or incitement to violence.
9. Submissions also must not contain content that could be considered abusive, inflammatory, denigrating, or disrespectful to BCA, or to groups, individuals or institutions.
10. Responses submitted on any contest post after the contest ends will not be considered.
11. Each participant is only allowed to submit one response per contest post. Participants with multiple comments per contest post will not be considered.
12. The submission of entries signifies acceptance of the rules and regulations of the Contest.
Prizes/ Judging/ Results
13. 1 winner from each contest post under ‘Where’s UD?’ will be selected. There will be a total of 5 winners for the 5 contest posts during 7th January 2016 – 11th February 2016.
14. Each of the winners will be given one $50 Takashimaya Shopping Voucher and a limited edition Dotz and Hexa laundry basket. (Total of 5 vouchers & laundry baskets to be won).
15. Winners will be randomly selected by BCA (Building and Construction Authority). BCA’s decision regarding selection of winners will be final.
16. Once announced, winners will need to provide their contact details via Facebook message.
17. Winners will be contacted with information regarding prize collection.
18. Winners are required to respond regarding prize collection within two weeks (14 days) of being contacted. If there is no response, alternative winners will be selected.
19. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Prizes are subject to change without prior notice.
20. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.
Copyright/ Intellectual Property
21. By submission of entries, participants grant the Organisers a non-exclusive, royalty free, irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual license and right to use and reproduce any entry for the purpose of displaying the work without requiring the permission of the participants and without any fee payment. However, the participants will be acknowledged and credited should the Organisers use their entries.
Personal Data
22. By entering into the lucky draw, participants are deemed to consent to the Organisers using their personal data for any purpose that reasonably relates to the carrying out of the contest in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Organisers’ Rights
23. The Organisers reserve the right to:
● Disqualify any entry submitted which does not comply with the rules and regulations, or which infringes the exclusive rights of the copyright owner.
● Remove any posts that it deems inappropriate.
● Modify the Contest prizes and its rules and regulations as and when necessary, without prior notice.
24. The Organisers shall not be liable for any copyright infringement on the part of the participants.
