Terms and conditions:

1. Contest commences on 23 Nov 2015 (1100hrs GMT+0800) and closes on 23 Dec 2015 (1200hrs GMT+0800). Submissions prior to and/or after closing deadline will not be accepted. Incomplete/inappropriate photo submission entries will not be accepted.

2. Participants can upload multiple entries but each participant can only win once.

3. Submitted entries should not contain any obscene, religious or racial defamatory, sexually explicit, violent or illegal content, and not cause any invasion of privacy. In the event of infringement, the participant will be automatically disqualified. Entry will be automatically disqualified and removed without prior notice by The Star Vista should the content be deemed to contain any of the above and/or inappropriate content. Photo collages and overtly photoshopped photos are also not allowed.

4. Eligible entries will appear within the next 24 to 48 hours in the Instagram Feed tab of The Star Vista Facebook Page – .

5. ONE (1) winner will be announced daily from 12 to 23 Dec. Each winner will be chosen from entries submitted as of 10am of the announcement date. The announcement will be made between 2pm to 6pm.

6. Results will be posted on The Star Vista Facebook Page and winners will be contacted via private message on how to claim their respective prizes. Should the winner be uncontactable, The Star Vista reserves the right to award the prize to the next eligible entry, forfeit the prize or donate the prize to charity.

7. All submitted entries should must be participants’ original work and should not infringe upon any intellectual property rights of any third person. Participants found cheating through shell accounts and/or infringement of the above will be disqualified immediately.

By participating in the Contest, if you win a prize, you agree to grant The Star Vista the right to use your personal details (name and Facebook profile picture) for promotional and publicity purposes.

8. By taking part in this Contest, participants are deemed to allow The Star Vista and CapitaLand Mall Asia Limited to use all photos, entries and personal information for any marketing purposes without prior consent or payment of any sort.
