Terms & Conditions
1. “Giant Count & Win ” contest (the “Contest”) is open to all Malaysian residents except employees and immediate family members of Oji Asia Household Product Sdn Bhd (the “Organizer”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/PR agencies and suppliers.
2. This Contest starts from 16th February 2017 to 1st March 2017, for a total of 14 days (“Contest Period”).
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change, postpone, reschedule or extend the Contest Period at anytime.
Ways to Participate
1. Step 1 : Like Genki Malaysia Facebook page
2. Step 2 : Click on ‘Giant Count & Win’ contest app
3. Step 3 : Fill up your details & submit the answer
4. Step 4: Upload proof of purchase of any Genki! packs bought from Giant stores in February 2017.
5. Step 5 : Share the post to your wall & hashtag #GenkiMalaysia
6. Look out for new contest hints which will be posted on Genki Malaysia Facebook from 16th February 2017 to 1st March 2017.
7. All entries must be submitted latest by 1st March (11.59pm). The organizer reserves the right to reject any incomplete or late entry.
Proof of purchase
1. Participants are required to submit proof of purchase of any Genki! Jumbo Pack (M42, L36, XL30, XXL24 ) or Mega Pack (M60, L50, XL44, XXL36 ) in February 2017 within the contest period. Only one (1) receipt per entry is accepted.
2. Participant can send in as many entries as possible during the contest period, however, each participant is only entitled to win once during the contest period.
Criteria for winners
1. A total of eleven (11) participants with correct answer, the closest/most accurate amount in Ringgit Malaysia, valid proof of purchase and the correct hashtag will be selected as winners.
2. The prizes are:
a) Grand Prize x 1 winner:
RM 1,000 Giant Shopping Voucher and Genki! Pants product worth RM 120
b) Consolation Prizes x 10 winners:
Genki! Pants product worth RM 120
3. Winners will be announced on 8th March 2017 via Genki Malaysia Facebook page. Winners have to ensure that the Facebook page setting is not set to ‘private’ in order for the Organizer to communicate with the winners.
4. Winners have to produce the following information in order to redeem the prize within a 5-day period upon the day of announcement of winners (e.g Winner announcement is made on 8th March 2017, the winner must redeem the prize latest by 12th March 2017, 11.59pm).
a) Full name & IC number
b) Contact number
c) E-mail address
d) Mailing address
e) Baby’s gender and current diaper size
f) Current brand(s) used
5. If winners do not provide the complete information required by the organizer as stated above, the organizer reserves the right to disqualify the winners.
6. The process of delivering the prizes to winners will take approximately 6 to 8 weeks from the date of the winner’s notification.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute the Prize with other items of similar value without prior notice.
8. The Prizes are not transferable and not redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as offered.
9. The Organizer will not be responsible for any damaged or delayed packages.
10. By participating in this Contest, participants agree to be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
11. All decisions by the Organizer are final and binding and no further correspondence will be entertained.
12. The Organizer, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions without any prior notice.
