Description of Terms and Conditions

• Employees of L’OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd their business partners, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
• This promotion is open to users residing in Malaysia only.
• This promotion runs from 10th June 2015 – 3rd July 2015. Strictly whilst stocks last.
• Redemption period for begins 10th June 2015 – 3rd July 2015.
• A one-time registration is required.
• Each registrant is entitled to redeem ONE Pivoine Sample Kit. Redemption of the sample kit is bound to the following:
  1. Redemption is open to all, with presentation of the original redemption email for in-store redemption. Duplication will not be entertained.
  2. Each registrant can redeem online with any online purchase.
  3. Strictly whilst stock last, based on a first come first serve basis.
  4. Each registrant can only redeem at their selected preferred boutiques in Malaysia.
  5. Limited to one redemption per customer. Multiple email address will not be entertained.
  6. Each customer is eligible to redeem the sample kit once, even if they have used multiple email accounts to participate.
  7. No representative is allowed to collect on behalf. Proof of ID must be presented upon request. Failing to do so will terminate the redemption.
  8. L’OCCITANE Malaysia reserves the right to replace any of the items for another item of similar value.
  9. Original redemption email can be presented as a printed copy (either in black & white or colour) or from a mobile phone, electronic tablet, or laptop.
  10. In the case of any dispute, the decision of L’OCCITANE Malaysia shall remain final.
• If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, bugs or technical failures, L’OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the activity and select the winners at L’OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd’s sole discretion.
• Disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this promotion or violated the rules.
• The decision of L’OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Samples/ Prizes are neither redeemable nor exchangeable for cash. Prizes will be arranged by L’OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and prizes which are not claimed within the redemption date shall be forfeited.
• All participants entering this contest agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by L’OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd.
• L’OCCITANE (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd reserves the right to:
  1. Substitute the prize with others of similar value without prior notice.
  2. Publish winners’ personal details for promotional or publicity purposes without prior notice and amend or revise some or all the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
