Please read carefully the Terms and Conditions before entering the Contest. NTUC Membership has the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. Participation in this Contest shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. NTUC Membership reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend or delay this Contest.
A. Eligibility:
- This contest is open to all NTUC Members who are living in Singapore.
- Employees of NTUC Membership Department, their immediate family members, advertising agencies, advisors, franchisees, suppliers and any other persons who are directly involved in organising, promoting and/or conducting the draw are not eligible for the contest.
B. Contest Period:
- This Contest starts on 8 Jul 2015 and ends at 1200 hrs (SGT) on 13 Jul 2015 1200 hrs (SGT).
C. Contest Mechanics:
- Participants are required to post their most creative ‘Singin in the Rain’ photo or video on Instagram with the hashtag #SITRSG and the tag @baseasia.
- 3 of the most ‘liked’ entries on Instagram will win a pair of tickets to ‘Singin in the Rain’ 21 Jul, 8pm @ Grand Theatre, MasterCard Theatres at Marina Bay Sands.
- NTUC Membership reserves the right to audit and ensure that the accounts/and friends’ accounts are bona fide. Any participant who generates multiple accounts for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in the Contest shall be disqualified. NTUC Membership reserves the absolute discretion to disqualify such participant(s). In cases of dispute, NTUC’s decision is final.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the official rules and regulations and the decisions of the organiser.
- NTUC/affiliated unions/associations and its appointed Vendor may contact you via Facebook Message, email, phone for matters relating to your participation in this Contest.
- Winners will need to acknowledge their appointment as a winner and respond with their personal contact information in 3 calendar days. Failure to do so will result in their prize being forfeited and offered to the next eligible participant.
- NTUC Membership reserves the right to use the winners’ names and/or photographs for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation.
- NTUC Membership’s decision on all matters relating to this contest is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
- NTUC Membership is not and shall not be held responsible for any technical malfunction in connection to this Contest.
- By participating in the Contest, participants agree to provide their personal contact information (Full Name, Residential Address, Mobile Number and Email Address) for the purpose of processing and administering prize fulfillment matters for this Contest.
- Participants’ personal contact information will be disclosed amongst NTUC/affiliated unions/associations and its appointed Vendor for the purpose of processing the mailing of prize winning for this Contest.
