1. This contest is open to all Malaysian citizens who are parents with babies aged 0-4 years old except employees of Disposable Soft Goods (M) Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 363685-A) (“The Organiser”) and their advertising and sales promotion agencies and members of their immediate families. Participants (“Participants”) must have valid NRIC and are currently residing in Malaysia.  Contest period: 1st June 2015 to 15th August 2015. The closing date for this contest is on 15th August 2015 at 11:59 pm. All entries received after the closing date will be disqualified. In the event of a delay, postpone, reschedule or contest extension, The Organiser reserves the right to extend or terminate the contest period at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

2. Submission method:

• Participants must own a Facebook account and LIKE PetPet Malaysia Facebook in order to participate.
• Participants will have to snap a happy moment photo with little ones and complete a caption with “Happy Comfort” in not more than 15 words.
• Captions can be in any language but “Happy Comfort” must be in English.
• Participants must submit their photos with the completed caption together with contact no to “PetPet Malaysia” Facebook via “Private Message”.
• The photos will then be uploaded into “PetPet Malaysia” Facebook photo album, “Happy Comfort Easy Photo Contest” by The Organiser.
• Participants will be informed by The Organiser via Facebook Private Message on the photo url.
• Participants may share & get friends to “Like” the photos.
• Top 13 most creative photos & captions and top 2 most “Like” photos will win.

3. Cash Prizes:

• Most creative

i.   Grand prize           : RM3,000.00 x1

ii.  2nd prize               : RM2,000.00 x 1

iii. 3rd prize                : RM1,000.00 x 1

iv. Consolation prize    : RM350.00 x 10

• Most like:

i. Special prize         : RM250.00 x 2

4. Winners will be selected based on the most creative photos and matching captions. Winners for “Most Like” will be selected based on the highest numbers of “Like” received. In all matters, the decision of the judge(s) shall be final and no correspondence, appeal or discussion will be entertained.

5. Participants can submit multiple entries, however each participant shall only be entitled to win 1 contest prize. Winners will be announced via – “PetPet Malaysia” Facebook within 2 months after the contest period end on 15th August 2015. Prizes are non-transferable.

6. All winners will be notified via phone call and/or Private Message in Facebook who are required to respond / acknowledge within 72 hours. The Organiser will not be held liable in the event the winner does not respond or cannot be contacted for whatever reason after 72 hours of winner notification, and the Organiser reserves the right to reselect a new winner.

7. Prize not claimed within One [1] month from the date of notification of the Contest winners by The Organiser shall be forfeited.

8. Participants and winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, personal injury, damage, claim or accidents resulting from their participation in the contest, redemption/or utilization of the prizes and agree to release and hold the Organiser free from any liability, mishap, loss, damage, claim or accident [including death] in any manner whatsoever.

9. The Organiser shall not be held liable or responsible for any delay and/or failure in the receipt of entry due to the inability of the respective Internet Service Provider [ISP] company and/or telecommunication network to provide timely and/or efficient internet and/or telecommunication services.

10. In the event of unavailability of the prize(s) or any of its component(s) or a change of circumstances, the Organiser reserve the right to substitute the prize(s) or any of its components thereof with any other item of similar value at any time without prior notice.

11. All winner must abide by the terms and conditions of the parties arranging and/or providing for the prizes and the terms and conditions attached to the prizes, if any.

12. The Organiser reserved the right to use the name, address, mobile number, photograph, particulars and/or documents of the participants or winners for the purpose of advertising and all other forms of publicity from time to time without any royalty or compensation given to the participants or winners.

13. By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by the terms & conditions, the Personal Data & Privacy terms & conditions and absolute and sold discretion of the Organiser. Judges decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

14. The Organiser reserves the right to change or modify the T&C and or contest mechanics at any time without any prior notice, and by participating in this contest, Participants agree to be bound by the Contest Rules & Regulations, and the decisions of the Organiser.
