This Giveaway is being offered at select Margaritaville locations and Online at Margaritaville.com.

1.  Eligibility: “Margaritaville’s The Ultimate Tailgate Giveaway” (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal U.S. residents, age 21 or older.  Employees and directors of Margaritaville Holdings LLC (“Sponsor”), their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, and advertising, promotion, or production agencies associated with this offering (and the IRS dependents, immediate family members and individuals residing in the same household as any of the foregoing persons) are not eligible.  All applicable federal, state and local laws apply.  By participating, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules (“Rules”).

2. Entry Period:   January 1, 2017, at 12:00:01 a.m. ET through January 31, 2017, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the “Giveaway Period”)

3. To Enter:   Complete an entry form, available during regular business hours at participating Margaritaville locations, and deposit it in the entry box or give it to a staff member collecting entries.  Form must be completed in its entirety, with at least your complete name, postal zip code in the U.S and email address (if any).  Incomplete or illegible forms are void.  Limit one entry per person per day.   No responsibility is assumed for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, misdirected, or stolen entries.

Entry may also be available by visiting www.Margaritaville.com during the Giveaway period.  Information provided to you for this Giveaway is subject to Sponsor’s privacy policy located at www.margaritaville.com.  From time to time, we may share information about you with our affiliates, partners, or other third-party companies so that they may send advertising and marketing communications to you. In addition, if you sign up for specific services that are provided by us and a partner, affiliate, or other third-party company, we may share information you provide to us with these third parties. For example, our sweepstakes and other promotional offers may be partnered with or co-sponsored by another company, and if you enter the sweepstakes or sign up for the offer, your information may be collected by that other company.

4.  Selection of Winner:    One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.   Drawing will occur on or about February 20, 2017.  Potential winner will be notified using the contact information supplied at time of entry.  Failure to respond to notification when requested may result in disqualification and prize may be awarded to an alternate winner.  Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of identification, age, eligibility, and acceptance of these Official Rules from any potential winner prior to awarding a prize.  Prize will only be shipped to an address in the contiguous U.S.

5. Prize/Odds:  One (1) prize is available.  The prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.  Winner is responsible for any and all federal, state and local taxes related to any prize.  Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for this Sweepstakes.

One Grand Prize: A Margaritaville Ultimate Tailgate Gift Package. The Gift Package consists of: One (1) Margaritaville Key West Frozen Concoction Maker, One (1) Margaritaville Corn Hole Game, One (1) Mixer Set, One (1) Grill Set, One (1) Margaritaville Bar Shaker, One (1) Margaritaville Cooler, One (1) Bottle Opener and Two (2) Margaritaville Blender Cups.  Total Grand Prize ARV: $1068.006. Conditions Of Participation/Release of Liability:  By entering, you agree that: (a) Sponsor, Margaritaville Holdings LLC, Jimmy Buffett, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, licensors, licensees, distributors, retailers and agents, and Facebook (collectively the “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, any you hereby release and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of or inability to use any prize or from participation or inability to participate in this Sweepstakes, (b) Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for failure to supply a prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any severe weather, hurricane, flood, fire, war, transportation interruption of any kind, or any other cause beyond their control, and (c) except where legally prohibited, each winner grants (and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission for the Released Parties and those acting under their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice, statements and/or likeness, for advertising, trade and/or publicity purposes without additional compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide, including, without limitation, on the World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval.

7.   Winner List:  For name of winner at each location, available approximately three weeks after the entry-deadline date, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Margaritaville’s Ultimate Tailgate Giveaway, 6900 Turkey Lake Road, Suite 200, Orlando, FL 32819.  Requests must be received within 30 days after the entry deadline.
