Terms and Conditions
1. Organiser and Eligibility
Find your LOTTE Match Giveaway 2016 (hereafter “Contest”) is organized by LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd (hereafter “Organiser”). By participating in this Contest, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions forth in this article § This Contest opens to all residents and permanent residents of Singapore with valid NRIC except Employees of the Organiser including its affiliated and related companies and their immediate family members (children, parents, brothers and sisters, including spouses); and/or representatives, employees, servants and/or agents of advertising and/or promotion service providers of Organiser including its affiliated and related companies, and their immediate family members. The Contest period runs from 5 July 2016, 12.00pm to 23 July 2016, 11.59pm. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Contest period at any time without written notice. The Organiser reserves the rights to terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice. The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense as a result. The Organiser reserves the right to change, amend, delete or add to these Contest Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. Participants agree to be bound to any such changes. The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding. No correspondence shall be entertained.
2. How to Participate
2. Participants must screenshot the correct frame from the gif, tag a friend, and leave a comment on why they love LOTTE snacks. § One person can only win one prize from the contest. One household can only have one winner from the contest. Any answer commented under the T&C in Note section will not be entertained.
3. Contest Period § The Contest Period is from 5th July 2016, 12.00pm to 23 July 2016, 11.59pm.
4. Judging Criteria § The Organiser will select the contest winners based on their creative answers. § Only valid entries are to be considered. An entry is considered valid when it is submitted within the contest period and has fulfilled all required procedures as stated in the How to Participate section. The Organiser nonetheless reserves the right to reject any entry at its sole and absolute discretion without having to assign any reasons whatsoever. Any decision from the Organiser is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
5. Winners and Prizes
-There will only be 3 winners.
-Each winner will receive Universal Studio Family Unlimited passes (2 adults, 2 kids) that are valid for redemption after August 2016 and a LOTTE hamper. Each set of prize is worth $420 in total.
– Winners are also obligated to send LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd a total of 3 images featuring LOTTE snacks in Universal Studios taken by the winners themselves. § The winner will be announced via Facebook. If a response is not received within three (3) days, the chosen winner will be forfeited and a new winner will be selected.
-LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd is not responsible for failure to contact any winners as a result of invalid contact information provided within the email submitted.
-LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd makes no warranties or representations whatsoever with respect to the prizes and will not be responsible nor liable for any problems and/or damage thereto or arising there from.
-LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace the said prize with another of equal or lesser value.
-Winners hereby irrevocably agree and give consent to LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd to publish any related matter to the entries including and not limited to the Winners’ names, interviews and photographs for current and future advertising and promotional purposes.
-LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd is not responsible for Internet connection error that may affect the contest.
6. Liability
LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd will not be responsible or liable for: Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Participant, or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Contest. Any error (including error in notification of Contest winners), omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, Internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, PC hang whether or not arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, viruses, bugs or other causes outside its control.
7. Disqualification
LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify anyone deemed to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Contest Terms and Conditions and/or the LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd Terms of Use Agreement. No correspondence shall be entertained.
8. Disclaimer
LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd receives and processes your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA when you provide personal data to LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd.
You acknowledge that you have agreed to our terms and conditions upon participation in the contest by allowing LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd to collect, use, and process your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy and the PDPA for the following purposes: • Sending you information related to online promotions, contests and events, and related to our marketing activities, unless you have indicated to us that you do not wish for us to process your personal data for such purposes;
• Using your information for marketing and statistical analysis for planning and demo-graphical use;
• Complying with local law and regulatory requirements or to assist in law enforcement and investigations by relevant authorities;
• Any other purposes related to our marketing activities.

Your personal data including your name and contact details (“Personal Data”) which you have provided to LOTTE Confectionery (S.E.A.) Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us” or “our”) in your application to participate in the Find your LOTTE Match Giveaway 2016 (“Contest”) will be recorded, stored or otherwise processed by us for purposes relating to the administration of the Contest and for related advertising, publicity, marketing and our other legitimate business purpose (“Purpose”). Please be informed that your Personal Data may be disclosed to our affiliates, service providers and relevant business partners such as public relations agencies, market research firms, advertising agencies (if any) for the Purpose and as permitted by applicable data privacy laws.
