This Promotion is intended for viewing and participation in the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. only and shall be construed and evaluated according to the laws of the fifty (50) United States and Washington D.C. Please do not enter if you are not a legal resident of the United States, and/or are not residing in the fifty (50) United States or Washington D.C. at time of entry. VOID OUTSIDE OF THE FIFTY (50) UNITED STATES, WASHINGTON D.C., PUERTO RICO, THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS AND OTHER U.S. TERRITORIES AND POSSESSIONS, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION: The “Ultimate Batman™ Experience Instant Win & Sweepstakes” (the “Promotion”) starts on March 01, 2016 at 9:00:00 AM Central Standard Time (“CST”) and ends April 30, 2016 at 11:59:59 PM CST (the “Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of an online instant win game (the “Game”) and a random draw sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). Participation in the Promotion does not constitute entry into any other promotion, contest or sweepstakes. By participating in the Promotion, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Spin Master LTD., 5880 W, Jefferson Blvd, Suite A, Los Angeles, CA 90016 (“Sponsor“), which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2. ELIGIBILITY: To enter and be eligible to win, you must be a legal United States resident residing in the fifty (50) United States or Washington, D.C. who is 13 years of age or older. Eligible Entrants who are under the legal age of majority in their state of primary residence (a “minor”) must get their parent or legal guardian’s permission to participate in the Promotion. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate in the Promotion or win a prize/offer: (a) any person who, at any time on or after March 01, 2016, was or is a director, officer, agent, representative, contractor, or employee of Sponsor, or its parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, sales representatives or service agencies; (b) individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials for the Promotion or engaged in the administration or execution of this Promotion (collectively, with the entities listed in 2(a), the “Promotion Entities”); and (c) persons who are or purport to be immediate family members (defined as biological or step-mother/ father, sister, brother, daughter, son, dependent or spouse) of any person in any of the preceding categories, regardless of where they live, or who reside in the same household as any person in any of the preceding categories. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

3. how IT WORKS: To enter, visit www.AirHogs®.com/BatmanExperience (the “Website”), click on the “Tap to Start” icon to be directed to the Game and click the “Tap Again” icon to follow the on-screen instructions to play the Game. Upon completion of the instructions, click on the “Log in to Facebook” button to register and confirm that you are 13 years of age or older and have read, understand and agree to these Official Rules. Upon doing so, you will automatically receive fifteen (15) entries into the Sweepstakes and you will be able to resume playing the game to earn more entries. During gameplay, you will also be informed if you have won an instant Game prize/offer (subject to verification of eligibility).

If you are the winner of an instant Game prize/offer, the Game prize/offer redemption page (the “Redemption Page”) will pop-up. The Redemption Page must be completed with your complete and accurate contact information (full name, address, email address and phone number).. Upon completion of the Redemption Page, a confirmation page will pop up with instructions on how to claim your Game prize/offer.

Thirty thousand and sixty one (30,061) computer generated winning times, one for each Game prize/offer listed below, will be randomly generated during the Promotion Period. If you are the first player to play the Game at or after one of the randomly generated times, you will be a potential winner of the Game prize/offer indicated, subject to verification of eligibility. If you receive a message that contains any message other than a winning Game prize/offer message, you are not a Game prize/offer winner.

Only one (1) Facebook account may be used. If you attempt to use more than one (1) Facebook account using multiple email addresses or identities or any other device or artifice to enter as multiple registrants, all of your entries will be declared null and void, and any prize/offer you might have been entitled to will not be awarded. Robotic, programmed or any other automated means of online entry are prohibited and may result in disqualification of all such entries from the Promotion. Sponsor is not responsible in any way for any decisions Facebook makes regarding the entrant’s account with Facebook. The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. Facebook is completely released of all liability by each entrant in this Promotion.  Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to the Sponsor and not to Facebook.

If due to printing, production or other errors, more prizes/offers are claimed than intended, the intended prize/offer will be awarded in a random drawing from all those submitting purportedly valid claims. No more than the number of prizes/offers set forth in these Official Rules will be awarded. ALL POTENTIAL WINNING PLAYS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING. A “SCREEN SHOT” IS NOT PROOF OR EVIDENCE OF A WINNING GAME PLAY. AN ENTRANT IS NOT A WINNER OF ANY PRIZE/OFFER, EVEN IF THE GAME SHOULD SO INDICATE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SAID ENTRANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND THE POTENTIAL WINNING GAME PLAY HAS BEEN VERIFIED AND SAID ENTRANT HAS BEEN NOTIFIED THAT VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE. SPONSOR WILL NOT ACCEPT SCREEN SHOTS OR OTHER EVIDENCE OF WINNING IN LIEU OF ITS VALIDATION PROCESS. ANY GAME PLAY THAT OCCURS AFTER THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED FOR ANY REASON IS DEEMED A DEFECTIVE PLAY AND IS VOID AND WILL NOT BE HONORED.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to have been made by the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the Facebook account used to participate in the Promotion. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access or online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the registered email address. If you do not have Internet access via a personal computer, your local library or Internet café may be able to provide access to the Internet and a number of Internet service providers and other companies offer free email accounts.

4. SWEEPSTAKES WINNER SELECTION: On or about April 05, 2016 (the “Draw Date”) at approximately 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”), an independent judging organization (the “Promotion Judges”) will randomly draw one (1) entry (the “Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner” and, if verified, “Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner”) from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The odds of winning the Sweepstakes Grand Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner will be eligible to win the Sweepstakes Grand Prize, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Promotion Judges’ decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes draw.

5. PRIZES/OFFERS (30,062 available):

   1. Sweepstakes Grand Prize: There is one (1) Grand Prize available to be won in this Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize consists of a trip package (the “Trip Package”) for the Grand Prize winner ( the “GP Winner”) and up to three (3) guests (one of whom must be Grand Prize winner’s legal guardian or parent (“Parent”)) (each a “Travel Guest”) to Los Angeles, California. If the GP Winner elects to bring a friend as a Travel Guest and such friend is a minor in his/her state of residence, the remaining Travel Guest must be the parent or legal guardian of such minor Travel Guest. The Trip Package consists of the following: (i) round-trip economy-class air transportation for GP Winner and up to three (3) Travel Guests departing from a major airport nearest the GP Winner’s residence (as determined by the Sponsor) to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) California, (ii) three (3) days/ two (2) nights’ accommodation in a moderate hotel as selected by the Sponsor in a standard room (one (1) room, quad occupancy, room and tax only); (iii) ground transportation to/from LAX airport and the selected hotel; (iv) one (1) $600.00 (US) prepaid credit card (subject to terms and conditions of use) as selected by the Sponsor; (v) a private tour (the “Studio Tour”) of the Warner Bros. studio for GP Winner and up to three (3) Travel Guests; and (vi) one (1) signed poster from the “Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice™” movie cast. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $5,300.00 (US).

The trip must be taken by December 31, 2016. Travel arrangements are subject to availability, blackout dates (including all United States statutory holidays and spring break) and other restrictions. The winner’s Travel Guest(s) must be eighteen (18) years of age or older, or if a Travel Guest is a minor, the winner must be such Travel Guest’s parent or legal guardian. In the event a Grand Prize winner is a minor, the Grand Prize winner must be accompanied on the trip by his/her parent/legal guardian as one of the Travel Guests. Prize won by an eligible entrant who is a minor in his/her state of residence will be awarded to minor’s parent or legal guardian who must sign and return all required documents as outlined below. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be sold or transferred and is not convertible to cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to structure the travel route and select hotels in its sole discretion. In the event Winner and/or his/her Travel Guest(s) engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the trip or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send winner and/or his or her Travel Guest(s) home with no further compensation.

2. Game Prizes/Offers: There are a total of thirty thousand and sixty one (30,061) Game Prizes/Offers available to be won consisting of the following:

   1. AirHogs® RC Batmobile™ Toy

      • 61 Game Prizes available to be won during the Promotion
      • 1 Game Prize available to be won per Day
      • Approximate Retail Value of each Prize: $59.00

   2. $10 off an AirHogs® RC Batmobile™ at Walmart Coupon

      • 30,000 Offers available to be won during the Promotion
      • 491 Offers available to be won per Day
      • Approximate Retail Value of each Offer: $10.00

Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and Game Prize/Offer Winners shall be collectively referred to herein as “Winners.” Walmart coupons may be subject to separate terms and conditions imposed by issuer. Prizes/offers are not transferable, or redeemable for cash, and must be accepted as awarded, with no substitutions of any kind, except by the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize/offer (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion.

All federal, state and local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize/offer acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are the Winners’ responsibility (or the responsibility of the Winner’s parent or guardian if Winner is a minor), regardless of whether a prize/offer is used in whole or in part. All prize/offer details are at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Limit of two (2) Game prize/offers per person (one (1) AirHogs® RC Batmobile™ Toy and one (1) $10 off Walmart Coupon) during the Promotion Period.

PRIZE RESTRICTIONS If GP Winner resides within a one hundred (100) mile radius of Los Angeles, CA (a “local resident”), in lieu of the round trip air transportation portion of the Trip Package, GP Winner and Guests may receive (as solely determined by Prize Provider) round-trip ground transportation of Prize Provider’s choice for GP Winner and Travel Guests from GP Winner’s residence to the hotel. No compensation will be awarded in lieu of the difference in the ARV for the Trip Package for a local resident and the ARV for the Grand Prize who is not a local resident. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of the GP Winner or their Parent for the actual value of the Grand Prize received. GP Winner and his/her Guests must be able to complete the Trip Package before December 31, 2016 or GP Winner agrees to forfeit the Trip Package in its entirety and Sponsor may elect to award the Trip Package to another Potential Winner, time permitting. GP Winner and his/her Guests must be able to travel on dates to be determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider. Exact dates of travel to be determined at Prize Provider’s sole discretion. Prize Provider may change travel dates at its sole discretion.

GP Winner and his/her Guests must possess United States government-approved travel documents and be willing to sign any other legal documents required by Sponsor and/or Prize Provider and travel on the same itinerary. Trip Package is subject to certain restrictions and exact travel times and arrangements are subject to availability. The Released Parties are not responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions, or any act or omission whatsoever with respect to the Trip Package. Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes (including but not limited to income taxes) and all fees and expenses related to delivery, acceptance, and use of the Grand Prize not specifically identified in these Official Rules, including but not limited to, all meals, taxes, gratuities, travel insurance, rental automobile insurance, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, food, alcoholic beverages, incidentals (including mini-bar), phone charges, merchandise, souvenirs and other expenses are solely the responsibility of the GP Winner and Guests. GP Winner and Guests must comply with all hotel check-in requirements, including, but not limited to, the presentation of a major credit card.

Released Parties are not responsible for any mechanical difficulties or failure connected with the Trip Package, or any act or omission whatsoever. GP Winner may not transfer, give, barter, sell, substitute, or exchange the Grand Prize for a cash equivalent except at Sponsor’s and Prize Provider’s sole discretion. Prize Provider reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion, to substitute the Grand Prize or Grand Prize component with one of equal or greater value if the Grand Prize or a Grand Prize component cannot be awarded as described for any reason. Unused components of the Grand Prize have no redeemable cash value. Neither Sponsor nor Prize Provider will replace any lost or stolen prizes or components of the Grand Prize. Actual value of the Grand Prize may vary based on point of departure. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, of any component of the Grand Prize will not be awarded. All airline tickets issued in connection with the Trip Package are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, upgrades and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

In the event that a potential winner chooses not to accept the Grand Prize, or is unable to be notified, an alternate potential winner will be randomly selected from all of the remaining eligible entries submitted during the Sweepstakes Period, if time permits. If the GP Winner elects to travel or participate in the Trip Package with fewer than three (3) Travel Guests, no additional compensation will be awarded. If the GP Winner elects to travel or participate in the Trip Package with more than three (3) Travel Guests, such additional guest(s) shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with such travel. Air transportation and hotel accommodations must be taken together and cannot be taken separately. No changes will be made to travel details of the Trip Package once any element(s) of the travel arrangements have been booked, except at Prize Provider’s sole discretion. Lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates or similar items, once they are in GP Winner’s possession, will not be replaced. Travel must be roundtrip. No stopovers are permitted on tickets issued in the Trip Package. If a stopover occurs, the Trip Package will terminate and GP Winner and his/her Travel Guests will be responsible for the full fare which will be charged from the stopover point for the remaining trip segment(s), including the return. Airline and flight itinerary will be determined by Prize Provider in its sole discretion. All airline tickets issued in conjunction with the Trip Package are not eligible for upgrades. Any unclaimed and/or unused Trip Package or element thereof will be forfeited and will remain the property of Prize Provider. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any flight. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Prize Provider’s air travel prize supplier, as detailed in the passenger ticket contract issued by such supplier. In the event the GP Winner and/or his or her Guest(s) engage in behavior during prize travel and/or other applicable experience that (as determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider in their sole discretion) is obnoxious or threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, or that in any way disparages or adversely affects the reputation, image, and/or customer goodwill of Sponsor, Prize Provider or any of Sponsor’s services, products, trademarks, service marks, or logos, Sponsor and Prize Provider reserves the right to terminate the Trip Package or other applicable experience early, in whole or in part, and send GP Winner and/or his or her Travel Guests home with no further obligation or compensation whatsoever to GP Winner or his/her Travel Guests. In the event GP Winner or any Travel Guest engages in behavior during travel and/or other applicable experience that (as determined by Sponsor and Prize Provider in their sole discretion) is illegal, tortious, or subjects GP Winner or Guest(s) to arrest or detention, neither Sponsor nor Prize Provider shall have no obligation to pay any damages, fees, fines, judgments or other costs or expenses of any kind whatsoever incurred by GP Winner or Guest(s) as a result of such conduct. NEITHER SPONSOR NOR PRIZE PROVIDER SHALL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURIES, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR OTHER DAMAGES OR EXPENSES RESULTING FROM OR ARISING OUT OF ANY TRAVEL RELATED TO THE GRAND PRIZE OR ANY OTHER ASPECT OF GP WINNER’S OR ANY GUEST’S ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF THE GRAND PRIZE.

Released Parties shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any acts or omissions whatsoever by any performer(s)/event(s), air carrier(s), hotel(s), or other transportation companies or any other persons providing any of these services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof such as changes in services or accommodations necessitated by same. The passenger contracts in use by the airlines or other transportation companies shall constitute the sole contracts with respect to the Grand Prize GP Winner’s and his/her Travel Travel Guests’ transportation and such contracts shall be solely between the GP Winner, his/her Travel Guests and such transportation companies. Released Parties shall not be parties to such contracts and shall assume no responsibility in such connection.

Released Parties shall not be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or the loss, theft or damage of cash, cameras, jewelry, securities, heirlooms, negotiable papers or other valuables. GP Winner and his/her Travel Guests assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participating in this Sweepstakes or use or redemption of the Grand Prize. The Released Parties are not responsible if entry or participation is prevented, or if any prize cannot be awarded, due to cancellations, delays, or interruptions due to acts of god, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or terrorism.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THE SWEEPSTAKES, GRAND PRIZE, AND ALL MATERIALS PROVIDED ON OR THROUGH THE SWEEPSTAKES SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON- INFRINGEMENT. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS FOR ANY RESTRICTIONS OR LIMITATIONS REGARDING THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS.

6. HOW TO CLAIM A PRIZE/OFFER: Any prize/offer won by a minor will be awarded to such minor’s parent or legal guardian who must comply with all requirements imposed on Winners set forth herein. Game prizes/offers will be automatically mailed to the verified Winner’s address as provided in the Redemption Page (or to a parent/legal guardian, as applicable). Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner (or parent/legal guardian, if applicable) will be contacted by email beginning on or about April 05, 2016, with instructions on how to claim the Sweepstakes Grand Prize. Potential Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner (or parent/legal guardian, if applicable) will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, W9 form, and, where lawful, a publicity release, within seven (7) business days from the time it is postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor or its representative, or the Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be forfeited and, at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, the Sweepstakes Grand Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner. Travel Guests (or such Travel Guest’s parent/legal guardian should a Travel Guest be a minor) must sign and return a Liability/Publicity Release prior to booking of travel. Potential Winners (or parent/legal guardian) may be required to furnish proof of identification to determine eligibility. If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept a prize/offer, if Sponsor is unable to contact a Potential Winner within five (5) business days, or in the event that a prize/offer notification or prize/offer is returned undeliverable, the prize/offer may be forfeited at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and (in the case of the Sweepstakes Grand Prize only) may be awarded to an alternate Winner.

Allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of a Game prize/offer following winner verification. Promotion Entities shall not be held responsible for any delays in awarding a Game prize/offer for any reason outside of their control. Game prizes/offers will only be delivered to verified Winners. Unclaimed/Unredeemed Game prizes/offers will not be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of mailing address, email address, and/or telephone number of entrants. The Sweepstakes Grand Prize will be coordinated with the Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner by the Sponsor upon receipt of his/her signed Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release. By accepting a prize/offer, each Winner (or parent/legal guardian) consents to the use of his/her name, address (city and state of residence), voice, and statements relating to the Promotion or Sponsor, and photographs or other likenesses, without further compensation, notification or permission in any publicity or advertising carried out by Sponsor or any related entities in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed without territorial or time limitation, except where prohibited by law.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:

6. By entering, entrants (i) acknowledge compliance with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements and, (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Promotion Judges, made in their sole discretion, which shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Promotion. Entrants who have not complied with these Official Rules are subject to disqualification and all associated entries will be void.

7. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, stolen, misdirected, mutilated, garbled, illegible, or incomplete submissions of Promotion plays/entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots or captures, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery. All entries become the property of Sponsor and in no case shall be returned to sender.

8. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant’s registration in the Promotion (and void all associated entries) or entitlement to a prize/offer if, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, it determines or suspects that the entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion by cheating, hacking, deception, or other fraudulent, deceptive or unfair playing practices (including any entries generated by script, macro, robotic, programmed, or any other automated means or any other means which subvert the entry process).

9. As a condition of entering, entrants (or as applicable, their parents or legal guardians) agree: (a) to release Sponsor and Promotion Entities and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to participating in the Promotion or the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any prize/offer or any travel or activity related thereto;(b) that under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize/offer awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, and in no event will entrants be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees and court costs.

10. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of the Promotion Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without regard to California or any other conflicts of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts for Los Angeles, California.

11. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, modify or suspend this Promotion at any time if fraud, technical failures, including any network server or hardware failure, viruses, bugs, errors in programming, or any other errors or other causes (such as force majeure events) corrupt the administration, security, integrity or proper play of the Promotion. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor reserves the right to select the Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received up to time of such cancellation. If a dispute arises relating to a Game prize/offer won, a combination of factors will be assessed in determining if you are in fact eligible to win the prize/offer.

12. Promotion Entities do not warrant that access to the Promotion will be uninterrupted. Promotion Entities are not responsible for any problems that may arise, including but not limited to: (a) lost, interrupted, inaccessible or unavailable networks, servers, satellites, Internet Service Providers, websites, or other connection, availability or accessibility problems arising in connection with or over the course of the Promotion; or (b) communications failed, jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected computer, telephone or cable transmissions or hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; or (c) failure of personal computers and/or software and hardware configurations, any technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties, printing errors, clerical, typographical or other error in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the processing of entries, the offering or announcement of any prize/offer or in any prize/offer notification documents; or (d) for any other errors of any kind relating to or in connection with the Promotion, whether human, mechanical, clerical, electronic, or technical in nature; or (e) the incorrect or inaccurate capture of information, or the failure to capture any information in connection with the Promotion; or (f) damage to a user’s system occasioned by participation in this Promotion or downloading any information necessary to participate in this Promotion. Promotion Entities are also not responsible for lost, late, delayed, garbled, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, illegible, damaged or undelivered email or entries. Proof of transmission (screenshots, etc.) does not constitute proof of delivery.

DISCLOSURES:

Any attempt by an entrant or other individual, to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion, including but not limited to any fraudulent claims, is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages (including attorneys’ fees) from any such individual, to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entrant engaging in any of the foregoing activities may be disqualified (and all associated entries will be void) and will forfeit any prize(s)/offer(s) won.

7. In the event of any conflict with any Promotion details contained in these Official Rules and Promotion details contained in Promotion Materials (including but not limited to point of sale, television, and print advertising, promotional packaging, and other promotion media), the details of the Promotion as set forth in these Official Rules shall prevail.

8. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. In particular, Sponsor’s employees are not authorized to waive, modify or amend any provision or provisions of these Official Rules in any manner whatsoever.

All requests must be received by June 30, 2016. Winners list will be sent after prizes have been awarded.
