1. Employees of L’OCCITANE Singapore Pte Ltd, their business partners, agencies and immediate family members are not eligible to take part in this promotion.
2. This promotion is open to users residing in Singapore only.
3. This promotion runs from 23 February 2015 to 1 April 2015, the valid dates of the offers are as follow. All offers are strictly whilst stocks last.
   • Trial Kit registration: 23 February – 27 March 2015
   • Trial Kit redemption: 23 February – 1 April 2015
   • Product review collection: 23 February – 1 April 2015
4. A one-time registration is required.
5. Each registrant is entitled to redeem one Reine Blanche Trial Kit. Redemption of the trial kit is bound to the following:
   • Redemption is open to all, with presentation of the original redemption SMS. Strictly whilst stocks last.
   • Each registrant can only redeem at the Plaza Singapura boutique (#01-65).
   • Limited to one redemption per customer.
   • Each customer is eligible to claim the Reine Blanche Trial Kit once, even if they have used multiple email accounts to participate.
   • No representative is allowed to collect on behalf. Proof of ID must be presented upon request. Failing to do so will invalidate the redemption.
   • L’OCCITANE Singapore reserves the right to replace any of the items for another item of similar value.
   • Redemption SMS must be presented from a mobile phone, electronic tablet, or laptop. Internet connection is required.
   • In the case of any dispute, the decision of L’OCCITANE Singapore shall remain final.
6. Each customer is entitled to redeem the Exclusive Offer once. The offer is bound to the following:
   • Customers need to present the redemption SMS to enjoy the offer. Strictly whilst stocks last.
   • Limited to one redemption per customer.
   • In the case of any dispute, the decision of L’OCCITANE Singapore shall remain final.
7. In the event of a dispute, the potential winner may be required to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the identified e-mail/ Facebook account, but L’OCCITANE Singapore decision will be final.
8. If, for any reason, the promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of, but not limited to, bugs or technical failures, L’OCCITANE Singapore reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the activity and select the winners at L’OCCITANE Singapore’s sole discretion.
9. Disqualify anyone who, in their opinion, has tampered with or disrupted the entry process or operation of this promotion or violated the rules.
10. The decision of L’OCCITANE Singapore is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
11. Sampling Kits are neither redeemable nor exchangeable for cash.
12. All participants entering this contest agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set by L’OCCITANE Singapore.
13. L’OCCITANE Singapore reserves the right to:
    • Substitute the prize with others of similar value without prior notice.
    • Publish winners’ personal details for promotional or publicity purposes without prior notice and amend or revise some or all the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
