Users who post about the challenge on Facebook, Twitter or Instagram using the hashtag #BarbarasSugarReset will receive an additional entry for each valid post. Sponsor is not responsible for private user profiles, misspelled hashtags or other error resulting in inability of Sponsor technology to aggregate and track entries.

How to Participate: During the Promotion Period, visit www.facebook.com/BarbarasBakery, click on the 28 Day Sugar Reset Challenge app/Facebook tab and follow the instructions provided to sign-up for the challenge by entering your first and last name, and email. Each person who signs-up for the Challenge will automatically be entered to win that week’s weekly prizes as well as the Grand Prize. Each user email address may only be entered once. The use of script, macro or automated devices (or any other devices intended to automate any aspect of participation) to enter is prohibited.  If Released Parties, in their sole discretion, determine that an entrant has used an automated or similar device to play or is in violation of these Official Rules, all entries from that entrant or email address will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant based on the email address submitted, entry will be awarded to the person named on the applicable registration form (regardless of whether that is the name of the authorized account holder of the email address from which said registration form was submitted) and he/she must comply with these Official Rules. Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, stolen, incomplete, misdirected, delayed, garbled, inaccurate, or undelivered access codes, registrations, or for telephonic, human or computer failures, problems or errors, interruptions in service due to system upgrades, repairs, modifications or other causes, failures or malfunctions of connections, satellite, network, cable, Internet Service Provider (ISP), phones, phone lines or telephone systems, traffic congestion on the internet, technical or mechanical malfunctions, or other malfunctions or errors, whether caused by equipment, programming, human error or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Promotion, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the Promotion, the announcement of the prizes, any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in this Promotion, in any Promotion-related materials, or for printing, typographical, human or other errors appearing in these Official Rules or other Promotion-related materials.

Winner Selection: One (1) Grand Prize winner and forty (40) weekly winners.  Weekly winners will be selected in a random drawing each Friday during the campaign period from among all the eligible entries received by the Administrator in that week. The Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on March 28 from among all the eligible entries received by the Administrator during the entire Promotion Period. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor and judges, which will be final and binding in all respects. Potential winners will be notified by email. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and return within seven (7) days of issuance of notification. Potential Weekly Prize winners will be required to provide Address Verification within seven (7) days of date of issuance of notification. Non-compliance with the foregoing, with these Official Rules or return of a prize notification as non-deliverable may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor’s discretion and time permitting, awarding of applicable prize to an alternate winner. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received throughout the Promotion Period.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize: Winner will receive a two (2) night “Wellness Weekend Getaway” (hereafter referred to as “Getaway”) to the Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite for winner and 1 companion of their choosing. Getaway includes:

1. $525 (total) travel gift card to be applied to winner and companion airfare, rental car and/or any other transportation to Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite.

Trip must be taken within dates designated above or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and, at Sponsor’s discretion, awarded to a runner-up. Travel and accommodation restrictions and other restrictions may apply. Released Parties are not responsible for travel delays or cancellations.  In the event the winner is not able to collect the prize, no compensation or substitution for such portion of the prize will be provided; however, the remainder of prize package will be awarded and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner. Winners will be responsible for any taxes due based on value of prize, and will receive an IRS Form 1099 for prize value. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize = $3,000.

Forty (40) Weekly Prizes: Each Weekly Prize winner will receive a JAWBONE UP Move or fitness tracker of comparable value. ARV = $25.50-49.99 each. Weekly Winners cannot chose color, or any other specifications related to the prize. All prize details, including, without limitation, are at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prize details are subject to change at Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Prizes are awarded “as is” without warranty or guarantee either express or implied by Sponsor. Total ARV of weekly prizes=$1,020-1,999.60.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of any prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by Sponsor who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or applicable portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its sole discretion. Entrants agree, by entering, that 1) Sponsor and its designees may use (unless prohibited by law), entrant’s name, city and state of residence, photograph, any recording (voice, film or video), and/or likeness for advertising, trade and/or any other purposes in any media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and 2) the Released Parties shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any claim, action, liability, loss, injury or damage to entrant or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury or death to entrant or any other person or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Promotion. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, and/or terminate this Promotion (or portion thereof) for any reason, including should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Promotion and, in the case of termination, at its discretion, select the winners from eligible non-suspect entries received prior to the event that required such termination. CAUTION: Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages (including attorneys’ fees) and/or other remedies from any such person(s) responsible for the attempt to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Arbitration: Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Promotion, participant agrees that (1) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association and held at the AAA regional office nearest the participant; (2) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (3) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Promotion), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

Choice of Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participant and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the State of Massachusetts, USA.
