2. Create an account or login to your BONIA.com account if you have already registered.
3. Select 13ID at the selective tabs on the interface.
4. Enter your bidding price at the Place Your Bid section and click Bid.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By making a bid during the Program period and participating in BONIA 13ID in www.bonia.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”), the participant (hereinafter referred to as the “Bidder”) hereby agrees to be bound by this Terms and Conditions and the decisions of BONIA Shop Online.

Bidding Period

1. The Program shall run on 13th of every month, from 9AM (GMT+8) to 10PM (GMT+8).

Eligibility

2. The Program is open to all BONIA Shop Online registered members who are of 18 years old and above (hereinafter referred to as the “Registered Members”).

Registration Criteria

3. The Program is open to all BONIA Shop Online registered members who are of 18 years old and above. Bidder is required to register a BONIA Shop Online account at www.bonia.com to participate the Program.
4. The following persons are NOT eligible to participate in this Program:

a) Permanent and/or contract employees of BONIA Group (including its subsidiaries and related companies, and their respective immediate family members);

b) Representatives and/or agents (including advertising and program agents) of  BONIA Group, their permanent and/or contract employees and their respective immediate family members;
5. All names submitted must be the names as appeared on the individuals’ national identification cards (NRIC).

Participation & Bidding Criteria

7. The Program is only applicable at BONIA Shop Online on 13th of the month, from 9AM (GMT+8) to 10PM (GMT+8).
8. ONE (1) item will be opened to bid (hereinafter referred to as the “Bid Item”) on each hour during the Program period, and each Bid Item will only last for ONE (1) hour (hereinafter referred to as the “Bid Duration”).
9. The Bidder is required to make and submit a bid higher than the current bid shown as Current Price in the interface (hereinafter referred to as the “Eligible Bid”).
10. The Bidder may make more than ONE (1) bid on the same and/or different Bid Item within the Bid Duration and/or the Program period.
11. The Bidder who made the highest Eligible Bid once the Bid Duration ends (hereinafter referred to as the “Bid Ends”) will be selected as the winner of the Bid (hereinafter referred to as the “Winner”) and the Winner is required to purchase the Bid Item with the Final Price.
12. Bid made after the Bid Ends will not be entertained.
13. Eligible Bid for the Program are those that:

a) placed the higher bid price than the current bid;

b) submitted and accepted bid.

Bid Item(s) and Program

1. The details and image of the Bid Item(s) will not be revealed in the Program except its original price and gender suitability of the Bid Item(s).
2. All the Bid Items are originally from BONIA.
3. ONE (1) item will be opened to Bid Item on each hour during the Program period, and each Bid Item will only last for ONE (1) hour.
4. Total Bid Items for this Program for each month are THIRTEEN (13) items for THIRTEEN (13) hours, ONE (1) item for ONE (1) hour.
5. The Winner of the Program is required to purchase the Bid Item with the Final Price.
6. The tracking of this Program is based on Malaysia time zone.
7. The following terms and conditions apply to the Bid Item:

a. The Bid Item is not transferable and exchangeable for cash, credit or kind, whether in part or in full;

b. The Bid Item does not include any items that are shown in any advertisements or promotional materials as they are for illustrative purposes only;

c. The Winner for each Bid Item will be notified via email attached with Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the Bid Item purchase interface;

d. If the Winner does not complete the purchase process by paying the Final Price within 7 days, the Bid Item will be cancelled;

e. Cancelled Bid Item and/or Cancelled Order will not be entertained;

f. BONIA Shop Online reserves the rights, at the sole discretion, to provide the Bid Item in any colour that is available;

g. The Bid Item will only be couriered to the mailing address within Malaysia. Changes of mailing address after details confirmation via telephone and/or email will not be accepted. Oversea address and/or a P.O.Box address will not be accepted;

h. BONIA Shop Online will not hold liable for any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the course of redemption or usage of the Bid Item received for this Program;

i. Any loss or damage to the Bid Item is passed on to the Winner on delivery of the Bid Item to Winner;

j. BONIA Shop Online expressly excludes and disclaims any representations, warranties, or endorsements, express or implied, writer or oral, including but not limited to, any warranty of quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose in respect of the Bid Item(s).

General

8. BONIA Shop Online will not entertain any request from any Winners or any other person to fulfil the Bid Item to any third party other than the Winner.
9. By participating in this Program, the Winner hereby consent to and agree that BONIA Shop Online shall be at liberty to publish their names, photograph or other information provided, including but not limited to this Program’s entries, by the Winner for current and future advertising and publicity purposes. The Winner also agrees to be featured in any publicity material relating to this Program. For avoidance of any doubt, no fees will be paid to the Winner for such purposes.
10. BONIA Shop Online reserves the rights:

a. At its absolute discretion to vary or change any of these terms and conditions without any earlier notices given. No further correspondence or attempt to dispute such decision would be entertained;

b. To cancel, terminate or suspend this Program with and/or without prior notice. For the avoidance of doubt, cancellation, termination or suspension by BONIA Shop Online of this Program shall not entitle the Winner to any claim or compensation against BONIA Shop Online for any and all losses or damages suffered or incurred by Winner as a direct or indirect result of the act of cancellation, termination or suspension.
11. BONIA Shop Online will not be responsible or liable for:

a) Any problem loss or damage of whatsoever nature suffered by any party due to any delay and/or failure in storing the entry as a result of any network, communication or system error, interruption and/or failure experience by the participating internet line and/or resulting from participation or the downloading of any materials in the Program. In the event of such error, interruption and/or failure, BONIA Shop Online shall not be responsible or liable for any failure by any Bidder to participate in the Program at any time;

b) Any problem, damage or loss of whatsoever nature to any Bidder or their authorised representatives resulting from their participation in the Program;

c) Any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, internet line failure, theft, destruction of, or unauthorised access to entries, arising during operation or transmission as a result of server functions, virus, bugs or other causes outside its control;

d) Any default due to any act of God, war, riot, strike, terrorism, epidemic, lockout, industrial action, fire, flood, drought, storm or any event beyond the reasonable control of BONIA Shop Online;

e) Any mishaps, injuries or accidents that may occur in the course of redemption or usage of the Bid Item received for this Program.
12. BONIA Shop Online’s decision on all matters relating to this Program, including but not limited to the eligibility to participate and/or make a bid, the selection of the Winner of the Bid Item for this Program, and in case of any dispute, shall be final and binding on all Bidders who participate in this Program and no correspondence will be entertained.
13. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each and every Bidder and/or Winner is deemed to have waived any rights he/she may have against BONIA Shop Online and its officers, servants, employees, representatives and/or agents (including without limitation, any third party service providers that BONIA Shop Online may engage for the purposes of this Program), in respect of any loss or damages in connection with the Program.
