TERMS & REGULATIONS

1. This Contest is open to children aged 8-12 years old who register on a first-come-first-serve basis.
2. Interested contestants are to register themselves by submitting the duly completed entry form at the LG Information Counter or email to: marketing@ppb.com.my before 11 September 2015. Submission of entry form after the closing date will not be entertained. For more information, please call 03 9130 5088 or 03 9132 2386.
3. Participants will be briefed on how to make a lantern. Then they will make their own lantern in 2 hours from shaping the lantern frame with wire following the provided lantern mould, joining the lantern frames, applying the multi colored cellophane papers on the lantern frame, to colouring and decorating the lantern.
4. Participants must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian throughout the session.
5. Participants are required to bring their own plier, scissors, blade, glue, masking tape, stationeries and coloring or art materials (i.e. fluorescent marker).
6. The multi colored cellophane paper and wire to shape the lantern frame will be provided by the Organizer.
7. Registration counter will open from 10.00am. Participants are advised to arrive and register before 10.30am. To minimize disruption, participants who arrive later than 10.45am will be denied entry, he/she will be replaced by walk-in registrants.
8. Judging will be based on neatness, creativity, colour combination and total presentation of the artwork.
9. The judges’ decision is final and no further correspondence will be entertained.
10. The Organizer will not be held responsible for any accident, mishap or injuries during the contest.
11. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify winners who are found to be in breach of the Rules & Regulations stated herein.
12. Each winner is entitled to one prize only and all prizes are not exchangeable for cash.
13. Winners MUST collect their prize personally together with the parent/guardian indicated in the contest form and no representatives are allowed. No claim of prizes will be entertained after closure of the prize presentation ceremony.
14. Participants agree to be bound by the rules, regulations and final decisions of the Organizer.
15. Final decision lies at the discretion of the Organizer. Disputes will strictly not be entertained.
16. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
17. The copyright and intellectual property rights of all materials received in connection with this contest will remain the sole property of the Organizer. The Organizer shall reserve the right to publish, use the names, personal details, and/or photographs of the participants and winners including all materials submitted during the Contest for the purposes of advertising and/or trade publicity for the contest promotion, without any prior notice to the participants and winners who by submitting their entries to the Contest shall consent to such use by the Organizer. The participants and the winners shall not be entitled to claim ownership or other forms of compensation on the materials.
18. Upon sending an entry to the Contest the sender acknowledges he/she has read and understood PPB Group Berhad’s Privacy Policy and Personal Data Notice on Cheras LeisureMall Facebook Page and consents to the processing of his/her personal data for the purposes stated in such notice.

参赛条件与规则 

1. 此项竞赛公开予8岁至12岁的儿童参与。名额有限，优先报名者将获参与资格。
2. 有意报名者，请把填妥的报名表格在11/9/2015之前交予LG咨询柜台或电邮至marketing@ppb.com.my。截止日期后呈交的表格恕不受理。欲了解详情，请联络：03 9130 5088或03 9132 2386。
3. 参赛者将在比赛开始前学习如何制作灯笼。接着，他们必须在2小时内，以铁丝根据所备灯笼框架的模型，制作灯笼框架，接着贴上彩色玻璃纸，最后进行彩绘及装饰灯笼。
4. 参赛者必须在一位家长或监护人的陪同下进行此项活动。
5. 参赛者必须自备铁钳、剪刀、美工刀、浆糊、胶纸、文具及彩绘用品如fluorescent marker荧光笔等。
6. 主办单位将提供彩色玻璃纸及制作灯笼框架的铁丝。
7. 登记柜台将在上午10时。参赛者需在上午10.30前抵达比赛场地并在登记柜台报到。若参赛者未能在上午10.45抵达，其参与资格将开放予现场报名者。
8. 评审将依据整洁、创意、配色及整体艺术造型作为评分标准。
9. 评审委员的裁决为最终决定，任何异议恕不受理。
10. 主办单位将不负责在竞赛之前、期间及之后所发生的任何意外，不幸事故或受伤所引致的损失。
11. 如优胜者没有遵守参赛条件与规则，主办单位保留最终权利，取消任何优胜者的资格。
12. 每位优胜者只能赢取一份奖品，所有奖品皆不能兑换现金。
13. 优胜者必须依据参赛表格所规定，在家长/监护人的陪同下亲自领奖，不可由他人代领。颁奖日期后恕不受理索取奖品事宜。
14. 参赛者需同意遵守主办单位所制定的条件、规则及最后裁决行事。
15. 主办单位拥有最终裁决的权利。任何异议恕不受理。
16. 主办单位有权更改有关竞赛条件与规则，且恕不另行通知。
17. 凡 涉及竞赛作品有关的版权与智慧产权，纯属主办单位所拥有。主办单位保留所有权利，有权发表、使用参赛着及优胜者的姓名，个人资料，及或参赛者的照片，及在 竞赛举办期间用于各种广告/或涉及竞赛推广相关的商业宣传活动，且恕不另行通知参赛者及优胜者，参赛者一旦把作品交予主办单位，意味着赋予主办单位使用 权。参赛者及优胜者不可向主办单位索取任何产权拥有索偿或其他类似的赔偿要求。
18. 参赛者一旦把作品交予主办单位，意味着参赛者及其家长/监护人已在蕉赖利双广场面子书专页详读并理解PPB Group Berhad的隐私政策与个人资料声明，且同意主办单位以该声明所列明的目的处理个人资料。
