Eligibility
Garnier Sleek & Shine Zero Sampling Program (the “Program”) begins on February 13, 2017 at 9:00:00 AM Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) and ends on June 30, 2017 at 11:59:00 PM EST or when supplies are exhausted (approximately 300,000), whichever occurs first (“Offer Period”). Program open to legal residents of fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. Employees of Garnier (“Sponsor”) and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, are not eligible to participate.

How to Participate
To receive one (1) Garnier Sleek & Shine Zero Sample, while supplies last, visit www.fructis.com (the “Website”) and follow the directions provided to complete and submit the offer registration form. Upon registering, you will be directed to the thank you page where you will be able to share the Program with your friends. Not combinable with any other offer and cannot be redeemed for cash. Not transferable. Void where prohibited by law. Limit one (1) offer per person, email account and household for the entire Offer Period. Offer requests generated by script, macro, or other automated or improper means are void. Offer recipients are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, if any. This Offer is in no way sponsored, endorsed or associated with any social media platform (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.) Any questions, commend or complaints regarding the Offer should be directed to Sponsor.

Redemption
All participants that submit the offer form will receive one (1) Garnier Sleek & Shine Zero Sample. Samples assigned based on availability. Samples will be mailed within six (6) to eight (8) weeks from date of offer request is submitted to the mailing addressed specified on the online offer form. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, delayed, or undelivered Garnier Sleek & Shine Zero Samples. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

Disclosures
If you post a comment or write a review, you must: 1) disclose that a sample was given to you by Garnier (e.g., “I received a sample” or #receivedsample); 2) provide an honest opinion of the product based on your actual use; 3) have all the necessary rights, including copyright, trademarks or third party permissions to do so.

General Conditions
Offer may be withdrawn without prior notice. Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, or undelivered samples; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the offer, including, without limitation, errors which may occur in connection with the administration of the offer, the processing of offer requests, or in any offer-related materials. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to participants’ or to any other person’s computer or printer related to or resulting from participating in this offer or downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the offer, as solely determined by Garnier, will be disqualified. Should any portion of the offer be, in Garnier’s’ sole opinion, compromised by bugs, virus, worms, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, which, in the sole opinion of Garnier, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of information, Garnier reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate the offer. By participating, you agree (i) to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Garnier which are final and binding, and (ii) to release and hold harmless Garnier, their parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, retailers, and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively “Released Parties”) against any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this offer or acceptance and use of the sample.

Sponsor will be collecting personal data about participants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review the Sponsor’s privacy policy at www.garnierusa.com. By participating in the offer, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor’s collection and usage of their personal information and acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor’s privacy policy.
